Nicolas Pavie makes incredible elegant, pure and balanced wines in an unfashionable part of South Beaujolais. Influenced by some of the greats he is winemaker devoted to his craft, tending to just 1.8 hectares, bottling a number of different wines every year by parcel but also often by vessel.Coming from his parcel on sand and granite, this is a wonderfully fluid and long Gamay, elegant and soft with crunchy, delicious fruit.
