La famiglia Bera fa viticoltura tra le colline dell’Astesana a Canelli a partire dal 1758. Sono quelle colline magre e amare, ma fortemente vocate alla produzione di vino ad aver conquistato l’avo Giovanni Battista a comprarle. Nel 1964 avviene la conversione all’agricoltura biologica, scelta che è stata tenacemente portata avanti fino ad oggi dai figli di Vittorio, Gianluigi e Alessandra, come una vera e propria filosofia di vita. Oggi l’aziendaconduce in modo strettamente famigliare dieci ettari di proprietà a Canelli, in località Serramasio, nel cuore della più classica ed antica zona di produzione del Moscato d’Asti.
