Description
This whiskey derives it’s name from the grain its made from, Centennial Wheat. This heirloom spring soft white varietal is grown for Laws by the Cody family in the San Luis Valley. It is also the first Colorado-made wheat whiskey to meet the standards of the Bottled in Bond Act of 1897.
Aromas:Mountain strawberries, orange marmalade, alpine meadow and wildflower honey
Flavors: Jasmine tea, sage, spruce tips and pink peppercorn
Mash Bill: 100% Soft White Centennial Spring Wheat
Aged: 7+ yearsin new 53-gallon charred oak barrels
