This mystical dram, matured in a marriage of aromatic Madeira and classic bourbon casks, is inspired by the elusive Islay Unicorn. With a nose of baked banana bread and burning cedarwood, it prances across the palate with zesty lime, sweet peaches, and a smoky twist. The finish is whimsically smoky, leaving a lingering aftertaste of menthol and clove.
