The award-winning bacan Guaro is distilled five times and produced in small batches (less than 1,000 liters) using meticulously sourced ingredients: first-press organic sugarcane juice, organic Spanish star anise, and water. With skillful intention and a slow dilution process, the result is an exquisite and versatile sugar-free, kosher-certified aguardiente with a silky mouthfeel.
Bacan 29 is an airy spirit. On the nose, a delightful combination of anise, black pepper, and rosemary emerges. The anise continues to the palate and is complemented by soft notes of citrus and ginger, concluding with a clean and refreshing finish.
