The release honorstheir working relationship, the beautiful work they create,their deep knowledge and passion for unique casks with rarepotential—and sharing the weird and wonderful outliersthey find with the world.
The casks, hand-selected by Kelsey, also take inspirationfrom the warehouse tastings run by George, which he usesas an opportunity to showcase the distillery’s hidden gemsfeaturing rare whiskies and unusual casks with unexpectedcharacter.
