It started with a terrible storm that hit Warehouse 30 in 2019, where thousands of barrels were spilled, leaving the bourbon to sink into the muddy abyss. They thought all was lost, but a few special barrels managed to cling to life. They weathered the elements for four months, enduring scorching heat, pounding rain, and rust-inducing thunderstorms. These barrels have a tale to tell, and it’s a limited-edition story you won’t want to miss. Unfiltered and made with a mash bill of 70% corn, 21% rye, and 9% malted barley, it sweeps you away with a yummy wave of coffee, vanilla, candied cherry, chocolate fudge, black pepper, and star anise.
