Aromas of salty sea breezes, peat smoke, prawn cocktail, pineapple-and-mango puree and toffee fill the nose, complemented by notes of stewed apples and pears, Himalayan salt, freshly-cut flowers, smoking coals and caramelized apple crumble throughout the palate.
