Description
This bottling from Benriach distillery was finished in Amontillado hogsheads since 2022, instilling an abundance of flavor into the spirit. Sweet with a hint of spice, this whisky reveals notes of dates, ginger, vanilla custard, cinnamon rolls and star anise as you sip.
Nose: Foam banana sweets, dates, ginger, heather honey, gorse
Flavor: Vanilla custard, beeswax, honeycomb, stewed pears
Finish: Cinnamon rolls, star anise, banoffee pie, tinned peaches
