CavAgave is crafted and bottled at Casa Maestri distillery in Tequila, Mexico. Celia Maestri founded the distillery and remains one of the only women managing a distillery to this day.
Aged for 3-6 months, intensifying its flavor and aroma thanks to the aging in American white oak barrels. Made 100% with blue agave. Harvested from the best agave fields at the CavAgave farm located in San Julián, Jalisco.
