Description
This Bordeaux is produced from a small plot of merlot of just over two acres that they have produced with passion and skill. 90% merlot and 10% cabernet sauvignon. It has a few years under its belt but is still youthful with bright juicy cherry and plum fruit on a bed of grippy tannins that are starting to soften.
Due to the age of the wine, it would be best paired with a hearty meal.
