The artisanal distillery uses New York State grains only, and they employ a unique still made in Germany to distill their Spirits. Baseball fans probably recognize the name of the tiny town in upstate New York. Cooperstown is famous for the National Baseball Hall of Fame. The story goes that Civil War hero Abner Doubleday invented baseball there, and while the tale is almost certainly tall, Cooperstown distillery created the Doubleday Baseball Bourbon to celebrate the Game. It’s a blend of two Bourbons sourced in Indiana, bottled in a cool baseball decanter. The liquid ode to the best game ever is spicy and full of vanilla notes.
