Copper Bottom Silver Rum Tasting Notes

Nose: The aroma has a strong vanilla note balanced by the tang of ethyl-alcohol.

Palate: A light bite of citrus peel formed mid-palate. Earthy minerals formed the foundation enveloping the alcohol notes.

Copper Bottom Craft Distillery opened in Holly Hill, Florida just steps from the Halifax River during the fall of 2016. Owned and operated by the Craig family this small craft distillery has begun producing rum and vodka for the Florida market.
