Cotswolds Barrel-Aged Hedgerow Gin is made from an assortment of the finest local fruit and berries, macerated slowly in their award-winning Cotswolds Dry Gin before being barrel-aged in ex-red wine casks for 3-4 months. It is then removed from cask, slow-pressed, blended and lightly sweetened. May contain slight sediment, and is to be expected.

Nose: Fragrant with sweet, stone fruits and light woody notes.

Palate: Spicy wood perfectly supports the full-bodied dark fruit and berry flavors.
