For it’s No.2 Wildflower Gin, the Cotswolds Distillery has created an expression bursting with gentian, lemon balm, elderflower and chamomile, combined with a tasty London Dry gin. Should do very well as a Gin Spritz or a G&T, garnished with a good sprig of mint. As with No.1 Wildflower Gin, inspiration comes from the distillery’s stunning surroundings – namely the gorgeous grasslands of the Cotswolds.
