Meet the Producer
Boutinot France began as a small importer and has grown into a respected producer of wines from across the Mediterranean. The winery works closely with specialist growers, selecting Grenache and Syrah from individual vineyards to craft wines with balance, drinkability, and character. The Cuvée Jean-Paul Rouge is HVE3 sustainable certified, reflecting Boutinot’s commitment to environmentally responsible viticulture.
Production
Grapes are sourced from the IGP Méditerranée region, benefiting from plots with terroir similar to the more prestigious appellations nearby. Fermentation is carried out using temperature-controlled vats to preserve fresh fruit flavours, with 5–10 days maceration before pressing. The final blend is carefully judged to maintain the approachable yet well-balanced style that has made Cuvée Jean-Paul a house favourite.
