An independently bottled single malt from Dailuaine, matured for 20 years before the folks from That Boutique-y Whisky Company got their hands on it. “But what are those faces on the label!?” we hear you exclaim at your computer screen. They are stylised representations of sulphur molecules – Sulphur Dioxide and Hydrogen Sulphide, to be specific. One of them looks rather nice, while the other… Well, less said about that one the better… Batch 4 is a release of 442 bottles. ‘That Boutique-y Whisky Company’ bottles single malts, single grains and bourbons from a variety of renowned distilleries as well as producing award-winning blended malts and blends. These whiskies are adorned with cultish graphic novel-style labels.

Nose: Toasted sugar, hazelnut and sugary shortbread, with cedar and sandalwood, then hints of lemon verbena.
Palate: The palate is an explosion of flavors and the finish is nice.
Finish: Rich and smooth.
