• Produced in accordance with the Demerara Rum Geographical Indication
• Distilled from 100% molasses primarily in DDL’s heritage four-column metal French Savalle still
• Botanicals include clove, nutmeg, cinnamon, and orange peel; macerated post-distillation
• Lightly aged before bottling; a portion of the blend aged up to 3 years
• Enticing aromas of vanilla pudding, toasted cinnamon, and nutmeg lead to a surprisingly sprightly palate of light baking spice with a hint of green peppercorn and star anise; a final push of cinnamon closes out the balanced finish
• 35% ABV
