Production
The Adobe Reserva range is designed to reflect harmony between the land, vines, and environment. Grapes are pressed at low temperatures to extract colour and aroma without harsh tannins. Fermentation is kept cool with gentle pumpovers, and 10% of the wine is aged for six months in French oak barrels to add complexity and depth.
Tasting Notes
The nose is earthy with bright wild strawberry aromas, accompanied by hints of juniper and black pepper. The palate is fresh and silky, showing vibrant red cherry fruit and a long, gently spiced finish.
