This Glenturret Ruadh Mhor 15 years, distilled in 2010 and bottled in 2025, is a peated expression finished in Oloroso sherry casks. The result is a bold whisky where powerful smoke intertwines beautifully with layers of dried fruit, nuts and dark chocolate.

History

Founded in 1698 by the widow Bourne, Berry Bros. & Rudd began as a shop selling coffee, tea and spices. Soon the shop became a meeting place for London’s elite, and the company expanded into selling wine and spirits. Over the years, Berry Bros. & Rudd has built strong ties with the British royal family. The company is a court supplier and has received several royal warrants throughout its long history.

Glenturret Distillery

Glenturret Distillery is located in the picturesque area of Crieff, in the Scottish Highlands, on the banks of the River Turret. Founded in 1763, Glenturret is considered one of the oldest distilleries still operating in Scotland. With a rich history dating back to the illicit distilling practices of the 18th century, Glenturret has built a strong reputation.

A unique feature of Glenturret is the use of traditional production methods which contributes to the unique and high-quality whiskies. Glenturret single malts are known for their smooth, complex and well-balanced flavour profile, often with notes of fruit, honey, malt and a slight spiciness.
