TastingNotesUsing the oldest barrels to age Godet Cognac Antarctica. Thanks to this very old wood, the cognac is not absorbing much of the wood tannin and remains clear. Folle Blanche based blend, tender and voluptuous, delicate and elegant, this cognac is a freezing original. Keep the bottle in your freezer. Serve ice cold. Clear with a pale silvery golden hue. Delicately floral aromas of apple custard tart and golden raisin compote with a silky fruity-yet-dry medium-to-full body and a yellow plum pie, poached pear, and soft baking spice finish. Delightful on its own or in cocktails.
