The nose is greeted with baked cereal grains, yellow plum skins, smoked sea salt and wet stone. The sherry cask influence adds dried mixed fruits, toasted nuts, baking spices and vanilla beans. The finish is balanced and silky with buttered toast, fresh cream and tangy dried apricot.
