Every cask slumbering in their 16 on-site warehouses is closely observed throughout its maturation. Occasionally, they discover hidden gems that develop particularly distinctive character shaped by their wood, history, and provenance.
The Meikle Tòir Single Casks represent the wonders of their warehouses and are bottled at natural strength to capture their full personality, offering an experience as close as possible to sampling straight from the cask.
Crafted with mainland peat sourced from St Fergus, this Meikle Tòir Single Cask is bottled for ImpEx Beverages, USA.Matured in a single Oloroso sherry hogshead, this whisky balances sweetness with spice, revealing heather honeyand maraschino cherries on the nose, followed by rich cocoa, plum jam, and sweet cigar smoke on the palate.
