Merywen Gin comes to us via the North Star Distillery, which opened in early 2016 in North Wales. Made with their tiny 30 litre still, Merywen Gin’s botanicals include juniper (Merywen is actually the Welsh word for juniper!), gorse and heather. Very cool stuff.
