Made with hand-selected blue agaves that were planted from seed at Mijenta’s single estate in Jalisco, it’s not just one of the most transparent Tequilas we’ve tasted this year, it’s also one of the most complex.
Bottling at 50% ABV also helps tremendously in elevating the depth of flavor with each sip. One sampling gives you explosive lime peel and white pepper. Another reveals a minerality with salinity. The next brings rounded stone fruit flavors and an earthiness that lingers on the finish. As far as sipping Tequilas go, this one is a stunner.
