Milk & Honey Distillery

Milk & Honey Distillery is located in Tel Aviv, Israel, a city known for its dynamic and modern atmosphere. Founded in 2012 by a group of whisky enthusiasts, it is the first commercial whisky distillery in Israel. Its location on the eastern Mediterranean coast offers unique maturation conditions due to the warm climate, resulting in faster maturation of the whiskies.

A unique feature of Milk & Honey is the use of innovative maturation methods that take into account Israel’s hot and humid climate. The distillery uses a wide range of casks, including ex-bourbon, STR (Shaved, Toasted, and Recharred) wine casks, and experimental casks such as pomegranate wine and red wine casks. This creates rich and complex flavour profiles with notes of fruit, spices, vanilla and honey.
