Description
A limited-edition XO Pot Still rum from Barbados’s Mount Gay distillery that celebrates the traditional method of making rum. Warm aromas of butterscotch, rich mocha and toffee mingle with over-ripe plums on the nose. The palate offers notes of ginger and pepper, followed by dried fruits, dark chocolate and oak that linger in the finish.

Produced on the fantastic island of Barbados, Mount Gay Rum can trace its history as far back as 1703. Established by Sir John Gray with the ironically named John Sober this molasses based Rum was one of the first Rum distilleries to adopt Copper Pot Stills for distillation
