Partida Tequila Añejo Roble Fino comes from the volcanic highlands of Jalisco, where mature blue weber agave is slowly cooked, distilled, and aged 18 months in ex-bourbon barrels before resting another five months in sherry-seasoned single malt casks. The result moves with layered warmth, drifting from dried fruits and chocolate to toasted oak and the deep sweetness of cooked agave.
