Pinhook crafted this bourbon for those who enjoy the nuances of American Whiskey. They use the same custom mash bill as their straight bourbon, but age it for 5 years and bottle it at cask strength to accentuate its complex flavors and deliver a long, balanced finish.
Aged more than 5 years and bottled at cask strength, the 2024 vintage displays a warm and rich nose of molasses, roasted peanuts, and caramel before leading into a dense palate of baked apricot, vanilla, and burnt sugar.
