This one time limited edition has been double aged. It was distilled in 2011 in Barbados where it spent 4.5 years aging before ageing a further 4.5 years in France before being bottled at 51.1%.
The delicate flavours of the Barbados 2011 are a testimony to the traditional blending techniques used on the island, combining both pot and column distilled rums for a complex yet true expression.
