Emerald Giant is crafted from hand selected straight rye whiskey barrels aged at least 3 years. Our temperate Northern California climate allows for a slow and even extraction of flavor for our barrels, resulting in a whiskey of exceptional balance and complexity.

Unparalleled spice complexity with smooth rye notes. a hint of honey and orange peel becomes peppery with a lingering cinnamon finish.
