Rough Rider Straight Bourbon Whisky is made from 60% corn, 35% rye, and 5% barley aged in new charred American oak barrels. The Bourbon takes on a new character and goes through a second maturation in Merlot and Chardonnay casks from local Long Island wineries. Before aging, the casks are washed with high proof aged Brandy.

Nose: Floral, fruity nose.

Palate: Notes of dried fruits, caramel and vanilla are well-balanced.

Finish: Hints of cinnamon, oak and spices and lead to a long, savory finish.
