The Fijian Islands are renowned for their pure water, nourishing the sugar cane growing in rich volcanic soil at the base of The Sleeping Giant Mountain. The hand-cut sugar cane is distilled into rum rum and filtered through coconut shells carbon to capture the taste of Fifi. After being matured in oak vats or barrels for 2 years, the result is a range of deliciously smooth, distinctively well rounded rums from Paradise on Earth.
