The first pink expression from Shortcross Gin, distilled at Rademon Estate (said to be Northern Ireland’s first craft distillery). Rosie’s Garden Gin was inspired by the founder’s mother, an avid gardener of fruits and herbs in her 18th century garden. You can see where we’re going with this… Wild raspberries and strawberries from the garden are infused into the gin alongside lavender and camomile. Super refreshing with tonic and a sprig of fresh mint to balance those wonderful fruity notes.
