A single cask single malt from the Speyside Distillery in the Speyside region, bottled for 2020’s Spirit of Speyside Whisky Festival. It was distilled in January 2015 and left to mature in a Bourbon cask until April 2020, when it was bottled up at cask strength and released as part of the SPEY range (we’re pretty sure you don’t have to shout it, even though it’s typed in all capital letters). Just 300 bottles were produced.

Nose: Delightful aroma.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
