The volume of the bottle is 700 ml. The secret of Jack Wiebers is the aging of the Single Malt casks gives the end product a unique aroma. Springbank 1993 Jack Wiebers Whisky World 16 Year Old Tasting Notes
Nose:A whole basket of fruit and fruit salad jumps on me.
Pineapple, lychee, mandarin ……
The whole but sprinkled with mineral lime. Slightly biting due to the mineral. That will probably be the smoke. Otherwise no alcohol, nothing hot, nothing bitter.
Palate: Here comes the smoke, first. Interwoven with the mineral. Then the mouth is filled with this fruit basket. Full-bodied, sweet, fresh.
Minimal solvent ?! Or is that just me? I often at ex BC.
Finish: Not too long. Marked by fruit and white pepper. The smoke lingers and extends the finish.
Ex-Bourbon well matured I like from time to time.
