The Irishman Cask Strength (2021 Release) Irish Whiskey | 700ML Tasting Notes
Nose: Malty vanilla and custard cream biscuits, followed by dried cherry and a touch of citrus.
Palate: Still has plenty of vanilla to it, now with cardamom and cinnamon developing, plus a smidge of apricot.
Finish: Candied ginger, honeycomb, and macadamia nuts.
