The Salford Spiced Rum is something of a tribute to the dock workers who helped bring the city’s Caribbean rum and spice imports through Salford Docks during the 1800s. It was fittingly distilled close to the old docks, then blended and infused with vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger and dried fruits. The amazing Salford map that features on the bottle was designed by Manchester artist “DaveDraws”.

Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in taste.
Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
