This 10-year-old Highland Blended Malt from Douglas Laing’s Remarkable Regional Malts range is a tribute to the elegance and boldness of Highland style. Release No.2 is a small batch bottling bursting with character – full of malty charm, spicy sweetness and surprising depth for its age. A playful whisky with a grown-up soul.

Tasting Notes

Nose

A fresh and fruity bouquet of green apple, vanilla, lemon tart and honeycomb. Beneath that, notes of malt, flowers and a touch of oak.

Palate

Full and smooth with flavours of creamy fudge, spicy cinnamon, ginger biscuits and stewed white fruits. The texture is silky, with a hint of nutmeg and soft spice.

Finish

Medium to long with warming notes of vanilla, malt, peppery spice and a sweet, slightly drying finish.
