Togouchi Premium Blended Japanese Whisky

Togouchi Premium is a refined Japanese blended whisky, fully produced in Japan by the Chugoku Jozo distillery in the lush hills of Hiroshima. The whisky matures in a truly unique environment: former railway tunnels deep in the mountains, where steady temperature and humidity create ideal aging conditions. This slow and deliberate maturation results in an elegant, balanced and gentle whisky with a distinctly Japanese soul.

The blend combines carefully selected Japanese malt and grain whiskies aged in ex-bourbon casks. The casks bring sweet vanilla tones, soft oak and a touch of spice, creating a harmonious and refined expression typical of Togouchi’s house style.

Tasting Notes

Nose

Soft and pure with aromas of vanilla, honey and apple, followed by gentle notes of grain, coconut and white pepper. Hints of oak and almond add depth and warmth.

Palate

Smooth and rounded with flavours of malt, caramel and fresh fruit. Pear, vanilla and light spice create a layered, elegant profile. The texture is silky, perfectly balancing sweetness and freshness.

Finish

Medium in length and refined, with lingering notes of honey, vanilla and a touch of citrus. Clean and graceful to the very end.
