One of the most famous style of sweet wine out there, Sauternes is well-known for its bright, juicy, and generally yummy flavour profile, which makes it excellent for whisky cask finishes.

Nose: Peaches and cream, caramel, a hint of malt loaf.
Palate: Richly honeyed, with juicy pear and quince. A hint of coconut ice develops along the way.
Finish: Candied ginger, clementine, and a smidge of cinnamon.
