Distilled back in 1989, the Speysider rested in a single bourbon barrel for 30 years, until Douglas Laing bottled the single malt in April 2020. Just 280 cask strength bottles were released for the Xtra Old Particular series at 52.8% ABV, full of malt and brown sugar notes.

Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.
Finish: Lingering finish.
