Made from sustainably farmed Chardonnay harvested from three sites — Des Couverts (in the village of Chablis), Prehy (near Courgis), and Lignorelles, this racy, mineral-driven white opens with classic notes of ripe apple and lemon blossom. Focused, yet generous on palate, the wine is incredibly balanced, with a long and lovely finish. This is a classic white for all seasons, that can stand on its own as an aperitif or with pork, poultry, and even roasted salmon or sea bass.
