Description
Grapes are hand harvested from vines grown on clay-limestone and rolled cobbles and then goes through long maceration and extraction work is exclusively done by daily racking.
Deep inky red in colour, aromas of pepper, ripe and crushed black fruit with thyme and fennel over a musky background. The palate is smooth and fleshy to start the attack, with dark chocolate, mocha and a touch of graphite.
A great wine to be paired with grilled meats and game dishes.
