Waterford Single Farm Lakefield 1.1 Irish Whiskey

Description

This Single Farm Origin bottling of Waterford Single Malt Whisky was matured3 year, 7 months, and 28 days in a mix of ex-Bourbon (46%), Virgin American (23%), ex-French Wine (15%) & Vin Doux Naturel Casks (16% / Port & Marsala). The “Irina” Barley was sown in March 2016, harvested in September of that year and malted in February 2017. The fermentation time was 142 hours with Mauri Distiller’s Yeat. Distillation and filling took place in March of 2017 with bottling in Februrary of 2020.
