Description
This 4-5 yr bonded whiskey is an older, higher proof expression of the Straight Rye. Made entirely from a 2016 rye crop, this whiskey has tons of vanilla and butterscotch on the nose; a creamy mouthfeel with baking spices, brown sugar and a slight hint of dill. You’ll enjoy a very long finish with just a touch of white pepper. It’s a “bourbon drinker’s rye.” Double Gold winner at the 2021 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
Mash bill: 75% rye and 25% corn.
50% ABV – 100 Proof
