Smoked Bourbon is as American as you can get. Made from heirloom corn, mesquite smoked malted barley (24%), and cherry wood smoked malted barley (24%) then twice distilled on our copper pot still. On the final run, we cut deeper than normal into the tails to bring out more of the smoky characteristics from the grain. Aged for 2 years in new charred oak barrels, Smoked Bourbon has notes of burnt caramel, mesquite, with a warming cherry wood finish.
