Made from 100% un-malted Colorado rye and aged 4-5 years in New American oak barrels, medium toast char #3. Unlike any other rye you’ve tasted; it retains the earthy nature you love but it’s so smooth and playful each sip will leave you wanting more.
Aroma – Earthy sweet bouquet with notes of citrus peel.
Taste – Pronounced white pepper throughout the palate with vanilla mid-palate.
Finish – Finish is long with subtle spices and a hint of oak.
