Tasting Notes

Nose

Rich and inviting: raisins, figs, PX sherry sweetness, nutmeg, and soft vanilla. The malty base remains present but is beautifully wrapped in honeyed wood and hints of orange peel.

Palate

Smooth and rounded, opening with luscious grape sweetness and caramel, followed by warming spices like cinnamon and clove. The malty core adds balance and texture. Complex and harmonious, with no harsh edges.

Finish

Long and comforting, with lingering notes of raisin bread, toasted sugar, and a refined sherry presence. A beautifully executed marriage of grain and cask.
